1. General Policy
Due to the nature, value, and craftsmanship of fine jewellery, Varan Fine Jewellery operates a strict final-sale policy.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered unless explicitly approved in writing by Varan Fine Jewellery.

2. Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)
The following items are STRICTLY FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Made-to-order jewellery
• Bespoke or customised designs
• Resized or engraved items
• High jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces
• Fancy coloured diamonds
• Modular or removable designs
• Natural and laboratory-grown diamond jewellery

Once production has commenced, no cancellations or modifications are
permitted.

3. Exceptional Returns (Rare & Written Approval Only)
If an exceptional return is approved in writing:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
• All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be
  returned
• The item will undergo independent inspection upon receipt.
• Any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use will result in automatic refusal.

All shipping, insurance, customs duties, and taxes related to the return are the
sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Customs, Duties & International Orders
For international orders (including the EU):

• Import duties, VAT, brokerage, and clearance fees are non-refundable
• Refusal to pay customs charges does not constitute a return or
  cancellation
• Returned shipments due to unpaid duties will not be refunded

5. Subjective Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be granted due to:

• Personal taste or expectation
• Appearance under different lighting
• Third-party opinions or appraisals
• Market value fluctuations

6. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication will be formally disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance.
