HIGH JEWELLERY & BESPOKE POLICY

Varan Fine Jewellery

1. Scope

This policy applies to all High Jewellery, Bespoke, Made-to-Order, and Customised pieces sold by Varan Fine Jewellery, including but not limited to:

• One-of-a-kind creations
• Bespoke commissions
• Made-to-order designs
• High-value jewellery pieces
• Custom stone sizes, shapes, or colours
• Fancy coloured diamonds
• Modular, removable, or interchangeable designs

By placing an order for any of the above, the client expressly agrees to this policy.

2. Nature of High Jewellery & Bespoke Creations

High jewellery and bespoke pieces are created exclusively for the individual client, often involving rare stones, specialised sourcing, and custom craftsmanship. The client acknowledges that:

• The piece is produced specifically to their specifications
• Such pieces cannot be resold as new once production has commenced
• Production involves artisanal processes that may result in minor, natural variations

3. Final Sale — No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All High Jewellery and Bespoke pieces are STRICTLY FINAL SALE. Once production has commenced:

• No cancellations are permitted
• No refunds will be issued
• No exchanges will be accepted

This applies without exception, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Subjective dissatisfaction
• Third-party opinions or appraisals
• Market value or price fluctuations

4. Design Approval & Variations

Design materials (including sketches, renders, images, or descriptions) are provided for reference purposes only. The client acknowledges that:

• Such materials are not exact representations
• Minor variations in proportions, setting, or finish may occur
• Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds may vary in appearance, brilliance, or hue

These characteristics are inherent to fine jewellery and do not constitute defects.

5. Stones, Certificates & Valuations

Where applicable, diamonds may be accompanied by independent gemological laboratory certificates. The client acknowledges that:

• Certificates describe gemological characteristics only
• Certificates do not guarantee resale, insurance, or market value
• Valuations and appraisals are opinions and may vary
• Market prices fluctuate over time

Differences in valuation do not constitute grounds for dispute, refund, or renegotiation.

6. Payment & Production

Full payment is required prior to commencement of production, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once production has commenced:

• The order is locked
• No design, stone, or specification changes can be made without written approval
• Any approved changes may incur additional costs and extended timelines

7. Production Timelines

All production timelines provided are estimates only. Varan Fine Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Custom craftsmanship or artisanal processes
• Stone sourcing or availability
• Third-party workshops or suppliers
• Force majeure or events beyond reasonable control

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

8. Delivery, Risk & Ownership

All High Jewellery and Bespoke pieces are fully insured until confirmed delivery. Risk and ownership transfer to the client:

• Upon delivery to the provided address, or
• Upon signature by the client or an authorised recipient

Varan Fine Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.

9. Client Acknowledgement

By placing an order for High Jewellery or a Bespoke piece, the client confirms that they:

• Understand and accept the final sale nature of the item
• Acknowledge the inherent characteristics of fine jewellery
• Agree to this High Jewellery & Bespoke Policy in full
